I get the error message: Export to vector file failed.Error: creation of layer failed (OGR error:Failed to open Shapefile `kjh.shp'.)
Using CRS WGS 84. Funny thing is the method worked perfectly several times then I got the error message. When I went back to the first kml that converted before, now it won't. Checked the kml with online validator and it says it has no errors. A sample kml is attached.
Must be an easy solution, something was changed in QGIS I suspect, since it worked before. Any ideas?
