When I change the subtype properties of a layer and hit apply it is showing that they are changed. But, when I create a new polygon for that feature it doesn't populate the subtype fields.
So after I change the fields here and hit apply. It "should" populate to Natural and Uncontrolled. I create a new polygon but it doesn't. It populates to the default. Even though I changed the default to those two new fields.
Any ideas? I know if I create a new mxd it works. But I would like to know why it is not working in my current mxd.
