I had to make a custom base map of Manhattan, so using adobe illustrator I traced over a blank map and added the color/features I wanted.
How do I go about Geo-coding it? I have geocoded data, but that was simple (just needed to add latt and long to excel file).
I am using ARCGIS / QGIS with Vector data.
