I'm new to the website and new to ArcMap so please bear with me.
I'm struggling with the "interpolate line" function on ArcMap.
Long story short (hopefully): I have some bathymetry rasters of an area i.e (Eastings, Northings and z-data), but the rasters were created over various areas.
I would like to use the interpolate line tool in the 3d analyst toolbox to take a profile graph of the z-data for a particular traverse BUT I need the EXACT same line/transect interpolated for all the rasters. i.e. Same start and end coordinates.
Then preferably I'd like to put these profiles on the same graph with varying colours to mark the year of the profile.
My end goal is to be able to see how the bedform has shifted slightly over the years in profile form. I.e. the profile of line 2014 would be shifted compared to the profile of say 2007.
