Trying to figure out what - "The logical network is of an older version and does not support the requested functionality,” means? I created a 14,000,000 edge network using ArcGIS v 10.2.2. The first build went fine. After running some checks I found some directional errors (One-way restriction) which required a feature flip. After the corrections were made I rebuilt the network but received a message that the network build but that there were a number of errors. The dirty areas seem to work fine so I’m not sure what Arc is trying to tell me. Either way I can’t seem to “clean” the dirty areas.
