• Develop and implement category strategies that lead toward the establishment of a unified supply chain.
• Develop strategies to reduce risks, to improve reliability, and reduce cost volatility of the supply chains.
• Provide contract management for enterprise-wide supply chain agreements, including savings tracking, key performance metrics, monthly compliance reporting, scorecard/service level agreement reporting, review and approval of terms and conditions, corrective action initiatives, and communication of performance to executive management as it relates to company and supplier commitments.
• Act as single point of contact and as a corporate liaison for enterprise level supply chain relationships/agreements encouraging optimal conditions for continuous communications, issue avoidance and resolution.
