We are looking for professionals with the following job descriptions:
1. Organize and deliver trainings for the operations/project personnel on procurement, supply chain, logistics, assets management and synthesize lessons learned and best practices
2. Ensure regular submission of procurement activity reports, logistics and assets reports to management and projects
3. Ensure all activities are compliant with standard reporting requirements and audits
4. Manage the entire Procurement Office and coordinate with respective practitioners from projects and programmes
5.*Develop a strategic plan based upon identified opportunities
6. Develop for each purchasing category, coherent and value added category strategies together with the responsible buyer/buyer network by
7. Obtaining or, developing market intelligence
8. Determining internal customer needs/strategies to enable alignment
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
minimum requirements:
1. 10+ years’ experience in strategic procurement and / or Logistics Management
2. Previous consulting experience
3. Formal university qualifications
4. Able to work fulltime from Jakarta
