Raster Reclassifying Error 999999: Error executing function, The table name is invali

I need to reclassify some raster data which was made from Inverse distance weight from points.So after getting the Inverse distances weight, I tried to run reclassify, but got: Error 999999: Error executing function, The table name is invalid. Failed to execute (Reclassify).I tried to chosen another method to classify such as manual, equal intervals, defined interval etc.Tried Reclassify again, but failed, same error.Here's my environments (I'm using ARCMAP 10.2.2)
