I am trying to georeference a scanned map I was given. I load it into QGIS Georeferencer and set up some control points (10 off in this case). The image seems to transform fine and I can see the resultant TIFF file on my hard drive. However I cannot see it when I load it into QGIS. I have tried a range of transformation options but end up with the same issue.
I think I must be doing something fundamentally wrong! Am I using too few or many control points?
I would appreciate any guidance.
