I am looking for Arcpy code that would complete the following:
Shift the x,y position of in.shp (projected) polygon file randomly by any value between 0 and 100 meters. complete the random shift from i = 1 to 1000 times to produce out_i.shp....out_1000.shp. I want to export each .shp file that has been randomly shifted to a given dir C:...
