Problem with "Toggle layer visibility" - ArcGIS javascript API [on hold]

I am a beginner in Javascript, so I have some trouble with it. When I turn on layer´s checkbox it works OK, but when I turn off this checkbox, layer is still active and visible. I create this code (extract in link) here

I think that I need some function which controls checkboxes. Can someone help me?
