I have some raster files with continuous values. I want to plot their values in the same diagram (like the image) with lines like the image. X axis would be the year of my images and Y axis would be the values of them. I am new in R so I don't know how to do this. If i use ggplot I have to convert my rasters to SpatialPixelsDataFrame? Is it better to use rts package for raster time series analysis?
