I can successfully load data for small states (like Georgia) using the command:

osm2pgrouting -file "georgia-latest.osm" -conf "/usr/share/osm2pgrouting/mapconfig_for_cars.xml" -dbname routing -user postgres -host localhost -passwd MYPASSWORD -cleanBut, if I try to load the California data, it complains about unknown max speeds for a little while (not as long as it complains for the GA data) and then the program exits without getting to any of the

Any idea what is going wrong (or how to find out)? When I watch on htop the program never uses more than about 40% of memory, so I don't think that is the issue. The GA .osm file is 4.1G and the CA file is 11G.
