We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to join*our*team in Al Futtaim Logistics.* The role will be based from our busy Jebel Ali site and will report into the Business Sector Manager. *The main purpose of this role is to lead, motivate and drive the operational teams to achieve daily operational and business targets to an agreed operating plan and budget.
It is the responsibility of the*Operations Manager*to deliver to agreed service levels and ensure compliance of all KPI targets.* Client retention is a priority for this role and therefore building and maintaining relationships is essential.*
About You
To be considered for this role you will ideally be a graduate and will have a minimum of*2 years in large scale warehousing operations.
It is essential that you have a strong*operational experience within the Logistics industry.* This role involves an element of local travel and therefore a driving licence is essential.
As prior operations experience is a requirement for this position it is expected that you will have strong man management skills alongisde a detailed understanding of operational, administrative and system processes.
