Openlayer does not load Browser Debugger says "Reference Error"

I have a Openlayer map which should load on my page it has to show some POIs which it gets from a function. Now for me everything looks great, but when I try to load the page it does not show any map.I looked in the debugger of Firefox and it said, that there is a Reference Error on my function loadmap which is not defined. but actually it is.
