I am looking for the possibility to do spatial analysis on Open Sea Map maps from iOS and Android applications for smartphones and tablets.
Is there an existing geo spatial database available that I could use for that offline within a mobile device?
Sorry my question is really general but I am just starting on that. I think this forum is a good place for that start.
