I have a state wide NLCD raster data set. I would like it to be separated into counties, so I can use something like Zonal stats for each county to make calculations and compare counties. This would give me many different rasters to compare. Only problem with this is that I would then have to run every calculation 100 different times on different rasters, vs being able to run it once and somehow how the pixels values be tied to the counties.
