Move the position of shape file objects systematicly

I have a shape file with a big number of polygon objects. The problem is that these objects have a systematicly shift.

Is there any possibility to place them all at the right position automaticly?

I'm using qgis 2.10 on a Ubuntu 15.04 System. It is also possible to me to use python- or gdal-scripts.
