I am using the ExportToPDF tool to produce a PDF for printing. One of the layers in the dataframe is an ortho imagery layer. For some reason, all layers are being included in the PDF but the orthos layer is missing.
I have the geoprocessing tool published on ArcGIS for Server 10.1.
For testing I even tried using the Export Web Map Task which comes part of the Printing Utilities with ArcGIS for Server.
Do you have any idea why this is happening or what I should look for?
