When you want a database of POIs for your app, which service do you use? Facebook places? Foursquare*#8217;s API? Google Maps? Maybe another solution? Facebook*#8217;s database boasts over 140 million POIs and it is definitely one of the favourite solutions out there, as I learnt during the interview with Radar.io*but 140 million POIs sounds awfully small. Think about how many restaurants and shops aren*#8217;t listed on Google maps just in your neighbourhood. How many of these shops have their schedules available online?
