Reports to: HCC. Sites Logistics Admin Supervisor and Logistics Manager.
Primary Purpose:
- Assist and takes ownership in construction project administration and documentation functions specially filing.
- Knowledge of accounting and budget processes or legal background is a plus.
- Long /short terms services / non-technical and subcontractor monitor, record and tracking.
- Filing, assisting with rebate applications and archiving project documents.
- Reproduce project and design documents and assisting with various administration needs of Project Managers.
- Communicate and coordinate among project contracting / consultancy offices and management.
- Purchase order receivables and records project admin requests & correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, invoicing…etc.
- Work on special projects inclusive of process improvement for construction group inclusive forms, documents and procedures.
- Creative, role model, multi tuskers.
- Background in material handling.
- Stock control.
- Time keeping.
- Daily, weekly Monthly, quarter and 6 month progress reports.
- Purchasing.
