I have a lidar data set which i need to transform it from WGS84 to RSO (Kertau).
I have Transformation parameters but when apply in Terra Scan transformation..the result is in RSO but not fitting exactly on location. The difference is very high.(about 3 to 4 km from exact location).
Can any one suggest any method or any other transformation software which can give me the proper output ?
(I tested in Arc GIS by converting to multi point and then transform, the result is fine but in output i am loosing all the information of points (Intensity, echo, flight line..etc) and all points are in one class)
