To undertake Biobank laboratory research duties within a controlled clinical and molecular laboratory.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Conduct all activities according to defined standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Handle human fluid bio samples in the laboratory
- Record all samples and activities in a dedicated Biobank IT system
- Conduct sample processing and fractionation into aliquots, with associated recordkeeping, ending in sample stabilization by freezing
- Prepare sample aliquots for analysis, freezing, and storage
- Prepare samples (peripheral blood, urine, saliva) for a panel of specified analytical mr)ciirPrnicintc to.. prnviria, Hoccriptinn nf thc cnmploc,/ Hnnnrs, including specified quality
