Is there a WebAPI to get latlong from PLSS Data?

I'm creating a Website, where users need to enter Principal, Township, Range & Section, and the map needs to be taken to that area.

I have looked at the PLSS data here: http://www.geocommunicator.gov/GeoComm/lsis_home/home/, but instead of building an API on this data, is there any web API that I can directly hit to get the Location?
