So I am running a model that provide the number of points within a network buffer. After using the Select Layer by Location tool to select the points, I use the Summary Statistics tool get the count. The problem comes when I use the Get Field Value tool. For a count of 1 or greater, the value given is valid. However, when the count is null or 0, the value provided is 1. So I am trying to figure out why the Points count of 0 provides a value of 1 in my final table? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.
