How can I offset the selected dimension (they're both perpendicular dimensions) in the image below to it isn't on top of the other dimension? I can drag it around anywhere, but then the extension lines don't stick with it. Where can I set the offset? It should be dead simple (and is in ACAD & Microstation) but me and another tech have searched and searched to no avail.
