How to draw contour lines with exact distance?

I am not a professional GIS user so am desperately trying to draw contours with exact distances around my samples (points). I have 67 samples and I would like to draw contours around these points. Attached is my map showing the locations of my samples. I could figure out to how to show those samples with different colors depending on my task purposes, which is not bad, but I do not know how to draw line (contour) with exact distance between contours. I have 4 different distances around the samples i.e. C=0 meter (around black points), and then C=25 meters, C=55 meters, and 75 meters. Let's say, from the black points, the first contour line is 10 meters so all black points should be covered within 10 m i.e. from the point to the first contour is 10 m. And then next distance between 25 m, 55m, and 75 m contour lines should be exactly 25 meters (interval). I tried to draw these lines by creating polygon/polyline shapefiles, but distances are very inconsistent around the points, which is not OK. I do not know how to set those distances automatically so it can draw me with consistent and correct line and shapes depending on how samples are located. Does anyone of you can help me?! Thanks.
