How to create Polygon Based on Boundary, centroid, length and area?

Had search the net but can't seem to find a function for this, have to ask in this forum to see if this is feasible?

I have the following data in my columns in my postgis table:

1. Boundary geometry
2. Centroid geometry
3. Length Shape
4. Area Shape

How do you create a polygon shape based on the column data above?
