How does one add a table to the current map in ArcMap 10.0? 10.1 has the function arcpy.mapping.AddTableView, but this function does not exist in earlier versions. Must the table be made into a layer in some way?
That (a) seems like it would be strange and (b) didn't work when I attempted it.
There is no mention of this in the "Using layers and table views" section of the help documentation, either.
