How can I convert Decimal to DMS for QGIS reprojection?

I have the following Lat/Long which I converted to DMS using the following calculator:

Decimal DMS-96.2 96 12 0-95.13 95 7 47.999429.3 29 18 0 29.98 29 58 55.1994https://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/degrees-minutes-seconds-tofrom-decimal-degrees

I want to use this data in reprojecting, but I am not sure how to do it.
