I am looking for shapefiles with ward boundaries for the following Indian cities: Mumbai (electoral wards), Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Surat and Kolkata.
Does any body has them or know where I can get them from?
Alternative, do you know if it possible to make a shapefile of these maps if one has PDFs with ward boundaries?
