I would like to reproduce the Select By Attributes tool below in ArcMap as a geoprocessing tool to be consumed as a service in a Portal for ArcGIS Web App. I am not a developer, so I would appreciate it if someone is able to provide an already written script or the geoprocessing tool itself. I know this is a tall order, I am however hoping someone has has already written and executed such a tool online and is willing to share.
