I have created a simple model to create buffers and executed in arcgis desktop 10.1, it works fine.
But when i publish this geoprocessing service along with "result map service", i observed following errors from arcgis server 10.1 logs. I am able to access the server and other services, there is no issue in access.
Error executing tool: ERROR 001369 Failed to create the service. Failed to execute (publish service definition)
Failed to create the service: ERROR: service failed to start, cannot connect to this server
Core server call to create service failed.
Unable to add Map server configuration
Services containing process crashed. buffer.MapServer instance has crashed
