I have a map service that is enabled for dynamic layers. It has a workspace that points to shapefiles on disk. At 10.1 i use this to let users view uploaded shapefiles and render them based on data in a db. i recently upgraded my ags to 10.22 and now this workflow no longer works.Has anyone else noticed this behavior? Did anything change between versions that might break this? I can access the shapefiles via the rest endpoint. it must be something to do with the way i add the layer to the map in api. I no longer even see requests for the dynamic service going out for some reason. very odd.
