Creating a pathway

I have 13,086 points and 1,034 lines that go from each point to a polygon. I am trying to figure out a way to get a line the that goes from each individual point to the polygons along the lines I already have except with one individual line object for each point which would result in 13,086 total line objects within the line shapefile. I know I could do this one at a time using the new route network analysis tool, but given that there are 13,086 points to create lines for I do not have the time to do this one at a time. Does anyone have any advice how I could create my lines all at once?
