I have following datasets-
What i want-
Generation of catchment area of schools
Rules to follow while generation of catchment area
At some area road network is discontinuous, so there needs manual input there.
Now i want to know if there is any easier solution for this or how can i automatically reshape thiessen polygons along road network at best extent (i can do it by manual tracing).
What i tried so far are the steps mentioned above and service area analysis in ArcMap but this analysis generated off the road boundary which is not acceptable in my case and generated some region that is not allocated to any school catchment. I tried global snap of ET-GeoWizard and ArcMap snap tool to snap thiessen to road but all are in vain.

- Road network (line)
- Waterbodies data (polygon)
- School locations (point)
- Suberb boundaries (polygon)
- Property boundary -buildings (polygon)

Generation of catchment area of schools
Rules to follow while generation of catchment area
- Every school must have a non-shared/overlapped region to be called catchment.
- The catchment boundary must not cross the waterbodies
- The catchment boundary must not cross the buildings.
- There not remains any area that is not waterbodies but not under any school catchment.
- Generated a thiessen polygon for schools.
- since catchment boundary must not cross building i resorted to road network, i mean, i want thiessen to follow road networks.
