Clear usb gps logger with nmea or sirf

I am trying to clear a Canmore gps logger with hex commands but I dont understand how to do this, I am using java but I am also using other programs like RealityTerminal, but I dont understand how the clear command should work.I read this http://usglobalsat.com/downloads/NMEA_commands.pdf on page 21 it talks about the commands but I dont understand how I should send that.
