I'm following the guide at https://github.com/CartoDB/cartodb to install CartoDB on my Ubuntu server.
Last time I've installed it, it was successful, but while trying to modify it to be able to access it from an external location (http://cartodb.example.com), I botched the entire installation.
Now, I'm taking it one step at a time again. The question is, how do I configure CartoDB to be able to access it from an external subdomain? I've heard someone use Phusion Passenger, but I have absolutely no clue how to do it.
NB: My domain is pointing successfully to the server I'm trying to install CartoDB on, so that's taken care of.
NB2: I also want to host a website on the same server, on the main domain name.
