CartoDb position and marker in URL

Im looking for a way to zoom and add a marker in a url?

Ive found a way to zoom but not to add a marker at the position:http://.cartodb.com/viz//embed_map?zoom=3&center_lat=10&center_lon=35

Is there something similar like Google maps?http://maps.google.com/maps?q=loc:36.26577,-92.54324
