I have small portion of data from that I have to create ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer and I want to cache only that portion of the map where data is present rather than caching for the entire earth surface of blank tiles.
There are some basemaps that show data is not present in area on the tile map.
What is the technique behind that?
I am using ArcGIS 10.1 for Server.
