I would like to modify the current bar chart widget in the ArcGIS operation Dashboard system with the help of ArcGIS API for JavaScript. In the figure you will see that I have 2 displays: One is current and another one is modified. Whatever is in red, that I would like to add into the Modified widget. During my online research, I come to know that this can be modified with correct JavaScript Charting Libraries. I see that there are a lot of JS charting libraries that support very detailed customization. My question to you is which is the best JS charting Library will help me to accomplish my hurdle.
