i installed Arcgis server and it was working fine till yesterday.but today it shows error if i want to work with services after login into the manager .all servies including system service's status are showing stopped. i try to start these services, it shows error "Failed to apply cluster protocol to cluster 'default'. Malformed \uxxxx encoding.'"
