The Explore tool
is the default mouse navigation and feature identification tool for both maps and scenes. It incorporates most 2D and 3D navigation functionality and can be coupled with keyboard shortcuts. An on-screen navigator
can also be used to pan, zoom, rotate, and tilt the view.
