I would like to be able to convert our crude polygon-based parcel fabric into a a proper parcel fabric but find I have a lack of knowledge in this area. I do have ArcEditor so both Parcel Editing and COGO tools are available to me. It seems that there are some abbreviated courses alailable from ESRI such as the 3 hour Introduction to Editing Parcels web course. Doesn't seem like 3 hours will cover everything. Are there any comprehensive courses in-classroom or online or a set of instruction videos I could use to quickly learn what I need?
