I'm calling a standard ExportWebMapTask published on a local server. This server is behind a firewall. The print service internally has to make a call to services.arcgisonline to retrieve basemap images. We can hit ESRI's online basemap service from a browser on the server but the print task returns an error "unable to connect to map server at http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services....". Obviously the print task internally works through some other protocol than a standard browser request but we're unsure of how to allow REST services like this to make requests out of the network. Any help is appreciated.
