Okay so basically the concept the device works on is that our accents and our individual unique voices come from the vibration of our cartilaginous tissues.So everybody's voice is determined by the vibration frequency of your vocal cords.So if you could create a small device that you could attach to your neck(like a mini dog collar) it could adjust the frequency of vibration of your voice and tune it to someone elses vibration,............you would sound just exactly like them when you spoke!!!Is this idea feasible,practacal or possible?What would be the pfoblems one would face when making the device?
