المستوى المهني: متوسط الخبرة
عدد سنوات الخبرة: الحد الأدنى: 10
Education:
•A university degree in engineering mechanical / electrical / civil or equivalent
•Post graduate degree in GIS / geomatics is highly desirable..
Experience & Skills:
• 10 years of experience in conducting user needs studies, systems analysis and database design.
•Minimum of 5 years experience in geodatabase data modeling, design and implementation, particularly on ESRI GIS platforms.
•Have knowledge and understanding of Enterprise GIS principles and technologies and the knowledge of current technological developments and trends in the area of expertise
•Working experience in business process mapping and reengineering is required.
•Must be capable of understanding multi-disciplinary engineering systems and processes.
•Has ability to evaluate and interpret end user information requirements and to develop and implement appropriate programs according to corporate standards and guidelines.
•In-depth knowledge of Oracle database administration and SQL.
•Knowledge of CASE technology and UML
•Programming skills are highly desirable.
•Excellent written & verbal communication skills within a technical environment
•Should have very good presentation skills
•Must have supervisory skills
•Very high Self-motivation, excellent team work, strong organizational skills, excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, strong problem solving skills and attention to details
•Experience in oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
