The Role::

The job holder is responsible for managing the geographical analysis and support about the needs and behaviors of the customers, sales and traffic patters and adivising the Marketing Department on topics related to the customers' experience of the netowrk.

The Position::

Set the Geo-Marketing Unit performance objectives, in coordination with the Planning and Development Department, Strategy Management and Corporate Performance Departments, and continuously monitor progress and development towards organizational and Unit strategic objectives and communicate periodic performance reports to provide evaluation results and recommend improvements

Develop and implement Geo-Marketing Unit policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services
*
Carry out the day-to-day operations of the Geo-Marketing Unit, provide expertise, encourage teamwork and align work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employees in a motivated work environment
*
Review reports summarizing network perceptions KPIs such as NPS, acquisition and churn, touch points reports to identify and monitor implementation and efficiency of improvements
*
Recommend new reports / KPIs to improve insights on network competition
*
Review and challenge suggested improvements plans triggered by customer feedbacks, and monitor efficient execution
*
Monitor network issues and gaps identification and provide support when needed to ensure efficient and prompt resolution
*
Oversee close monitoring of locations/cities monthly subscribers, sites, sales behavior and coordinate appropriate measures towards ensuring improvement of these affected locations
*
Manage the Geo-Marketing development to aid Marketing and Sales decision-making through geographical focus working with the warehouse data
*
Prioritize the coverage of all geographical areas in terms of network, Sales and Marketing communications
*
Ensure support to different Marketing teams with insights on specific products and customers profile
*
Provide inputs during the development of promotions and products customized to clients segments and types
* Contribute and ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through the supervision of the Geo-Marketing Unit, set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate staff, provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal , and provide guidance on training programs for employees in order to maximize subordinate and Unit performance
