1.Subject matter expert in Bentley Projectwise (workflows); GeoSpatial server; Geo Web Publisher; Bentley MapScript (distributed publishing and plotting); is a must.
2.Experienced in preparing technical and progress reports.
3.Fluency in English essential.
4.Fluency in Arabic also essential.
5.For bachelor degree holders in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience – dealing with spatial information projects and management.

Skills
1.Subject matter expert in Bentley Projectwise (workflows); GeoSpatial server; Geo Web Publisher; Bentley Mapscript (distributed publishing & plotting); is a must.
2.Use spatial information such as Geo-Referenced DGNs, images or other GIS data in order to recognize automatically the appropriate location.
3.Use wide range of coordinate system for achieving an integrated coordinate system & provide support to all stakeholders.
4.Set out accurately the works in accordance w/ allotted reservation.
5.Provide Project Wise linear referencing capabilities for identifying objects (documents & folders) along a linear asset.
6.Use & spread knowledge related to Spatially Indexed Content (spatial & non-spatial attributes) in order to locate the region of interest.
7.Use & spread knowledge of Geospatial views to display documents w/ symbology associated to document properties such as author, time, & workflow state.
8.Leverage the spatial interface to located & retrieve any document.
9.Arrange on demand inspections w/ the Stakeholders for all survey works related w/ the construction in close coordination w/ the Project Field Engineers & Foremen. IT approval required.
10.Set out to expose all Drawings & any other utilities not shown in the Drawings but detected by means of a detector.
11.Re-inspect on demand the exposed utilities to ensure that all known utilities have been exposed prior to giving permission to commence excavation. This should be done in close coordination w/ the Project/Field Engineers & Foremen & IT dept.
12.Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements & calculations conducted at survey sites before it is handed over to the CAD Draughtsman for preparation of Shop Drawings or As-Builts.
13.Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, Drawings, records & As-Built documents related to the project in close coordination w/ the CAD Draughtsman.
