The candidate must meet the following criteria:
• Candidate must have experience with Arc View, Arc INFO, AutoCAD, GIS, GPS relational databases and ESRI products.
• Thorough experience of coordinate geometry, geography terms, vector maps, and the utilization and capabilities of Geographical Information and Global Positioning Systems.
• Thorough experience of municipal operations and the substantive areas in particular municipal engineering departments.
• Skills in operating office equipment, relational databases, personal computers and related software.
• Skills in research, data entry, photo and/or document scanning, and data layer construction.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• 10 to 15 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science
• Excellent communication skills.
• English written and speaking.
• Computer literate.
